Delivery Time:

Your total delivery time is based on the amount of time it takes to process your order in our warehouse, plus the time it takes for the package to arrive to its destination.

Processing Time: Generally, orders placed on a standard shipping method will ship from our warehouse within 48 business hours. Orders are processed on business days only, which include Monday through Friday.

In Transit Time: The time it takes for the package to arrive to its destination once shipped from our warehouse. The in transit time will vary based on the shipping method you select and the final destination.

When to Expect Your Order:

The arrival date provided to you during the checkout process includes the total time it takes to process and deliver your order based on the shipping method you select. Overnight, 2-Day, and 3-Day delivery options are only available for orders shipped within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Order processing occurs on business days only, which include Monday through Friday.
 

*Orders placed on an expedited ship method will ship the next business day. The day your order is placed is not included in the processing time. Business days include Monday through Friday only. Expedited orders placed on weekends or holidays will also ship the next business day.

For backordered items, the arrival date provided to you during the checkout process is only an estimated delivery date. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date for backordered items. However, we can guarantee that once your backordered items arrive in stock your package will be processed and delivered within the time frame listed above.

PLEASE NOTE: Some personalized items may take up to 7 business days to process. The additional processing time is included in the arrival date you are provided during checkout.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Standard shipping and handling charges are based on your merchandise total. When selecting an expedited ship method, the cost to expedite the order is in addition to the standard shipping and handling charges. Overnight, 2-Day, and 3-Day delivery options are only available for orders shipped within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

Celebrate Express will deliver your package in the most efficient way possible. When budget or standard shipping is selected, we determine the most effective shipping carrier for your order: either UPS or the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Packages are delivered Monday through Friday only.

Delivery Companies

Celebrate Express strives to have your package delivered in the most efficient way possible. When standard shipping is selected, Celebrate Express determines the most effective shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), UPS or FedEx.

Please note: Express carriers (UPS and Federal Express) do not deliver on Saturdays.

International Shipping

We are happy to announce that we now ship to over 20 countries worldwide that include The United States, Australia, Canada, parts of EU, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. Please note: Due to licensing restrictions and size constraints, some products are only available for shipping in the United States.

New Canadian Shipping Method

Delivery times once the shipment leaves our facility for each shipping option are usually:
* Canada Post: (5-11 business days)
* UPS Canadian Ground: (3-8 business days)
* UPS Express Saver: (1-3 business days)

Shipping Carrier
All international orders, including Canadian orders, are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping with UPS allows us to provide our international customers with a tracking number for the shipment, which will allow our customer to track the package through customs.

Delivery Time
We estimate that a standard order to an international location will take 12-14 business days. While we cannot guarantee a delivery date on international orders, we can estimate that all orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 48 hours. From there, the UPS estimates delivery time of 3-4 business days to customs, and 2-3 business days for delivery after customs. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate customs time, and we recommend that our customers contact their local customs office for details on customs times and possible delays.
